I absolutely love coming to Groove Mazda! I’ve been here three times in a month for 2. An oil change 2. Repairing a recalled part and then 3. yesterday my vehicle had electrical issues. Todd has been excellent in making sure my vehicle was properly serviced, I had a shuttle or loaner vehicle while my vehicle was fixed and finally making sure I was updated regularly during my vehicles repairs. Went to Groove to purchase a car for our daughter and it was the best car buying experience we've had (and we've had a lot!). AJ was amazing to work with! We went in with one idea for a vehicle, and, after discussing, went an entirely different direction - in all honesty, had we not liked AJ so much, we likely would have gone to another dealer (that specialized in the type of vehicle we changed to). In the end, we got a wonderful car, in amazing shape, for a crazy good deal. Rather than being pushy or trying to upsell us, AJ actually listened to what we wanted, involved our daughter in the process and was just all around great. Once we settled on the vehicle - the process was incredibly smooth and shockingly quick. Eloy in finance was also great! I'm not one to recommend car dealerships, but this is definitely your place if you're looking new or used - they have a great selection and great people. In addition, they offer a short warranty on used vehicles so there is no risk of purchasing a used vehicle with a catastrophic issue (something I've never seen a dealer offer). If you need a car - AJ is your guy! We could not be more pleased.
