I would say that I truly did have an exceptional experience. I went in for an oil change (as I was waiting - working; thanks for the WIFI), and the technician identified a crack in the engine bock (I think that was it), and offered to fix it right then and there for a reasonable price. And the entire wait for both jobs was under an hour.
I think you guys do a great job; always have for me. I do love and trust going to Groove Mazda for service.
My experience was very good. Everyone kept me informed and the shuttle was a plus! Didn't have to try and find someone to take me to and from the dealership.
The service was fantastic. We walked in without an appointment and were handled very professionally.
Thoroughly impressed with the service, our female attendant was courteous, well informed and knowledgeable. Being in the customer service profession, I was pleasantly surprised and even told her so. I had a wonderful experience at your location getting my oil changed. The woman at the service desk was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. I don't know her name (she had brown hair and glasses I believe).
She checked in with me as I waited in the lounge several times. I appreciate her energy as well. It was evident that she enjoys her job and is efficient at it.

We moved from SoCal to Castle Rock last June. Everything about the decision has been positive for us...not the least of our pleasant surprises has been your service department. Courtesy, quality, & reasonable prices...all at once. As a voice-over performer, I was once on a flight to Claymation session in Portland, Oregon. I happened to sit next to a British gentlemen who had, at the time, left Jaguar to head up the US Honda service division (and everybody knows that Jags need a LOT of service). He told me that the service department sells more cars than any other part of your business. Nothing mechanical can be perfect in an imperfect world so... If it's always "no problem" when it comes to service, we consumers most often come back to the brand...and the dealership where it was "no problem"! You guys do that well.

Brian has provided exceptional service every time I have worked with him whether over the phone or in person. From what felt like day one, I was especially impressed that he has remembered my name and who I was even before I would give him my information to look up in your system. That goes a long way to make me feel appreciated and a valuable customer. It has been extremely pleasant working with Brian each and every visit. Seriously, he has provided top notch service.
I also wanted to mention that Mark provided great service when my wife and I stopped by looking for another car. We worked with him for our first purchase and he was just as helpful this time around. Although we were not able to get a Mazda for our second car (and I really was to because the quality of service from everyone at Groove Mazda), Mark was able to put us in contact with a great guy across the lot at Groove Ford where we purchased the new Ford Escape. It was a hard choice over the CX-5 this time around, but we will be going to you guys first when it is time to trade in either of our current vehicles.

Had a great experience, receptionist was WONDERFUL. Mechanic was fantastic and HONEST and I can't stress what a sincere relief that was after being jerked around by other mechanics. I know enough about my car to realize when people are trying to pull one over on me and I always verify with my family before purchasing anything people try and up-sell. When I asked him about a problem that he easily could have up-sold me on, he told me the straight up truth - the best affordable solution and what I will need to worry about in the future. I set an appt. for Thursday AM for service on my 2012 Mazda 3 and everything went smoothly from dropping off my car to picking it up, via the shuttle service. The girl who assisted me in this matter was great. The shuttle driver was on time as well if not early for my pick up, that helped a lot as I didn't have to spend a lot of time picking up my car on my lunch break.
I got there early. They took me right away and got my car done quickly. The staff was quick and courteous. It was a great experience.
As always, I had another great experience with Groove Mazda service department. I came in for an oil change and to have my brakes checked out due to squealing and an intermittent resonating noise. The tech noticed the abnormal wear on my tires, so he balanced, rotated, and did an alignment. No visible issues were seen on the rotors, so they applied stop squeal to the pads and rotors. After leaving the dealership, the resonating noise came back...and worse this time. I spoke with Brian, and he said to bring it back in the morning and they would take a look again. When I brought it in the next morning, the tech (Jeff) was unable to reproduce the noise, so I came back to the dealership and he rode with me so I could reproduce the noise. We were able to, but Jeff wasn't sure what the could be. After only a couple hours, I received a call stating that my car was done and the brake pads had been replaced and the rotors machined. Since this shop had replaced my brakes a few months back, the pads were replaced under warranty at no charge to me.
I always have a great experience when I bring my car to Groove, and I really enjoy the people that work there. I know I have some upcoming maintenance due, so I will be coming back to Groove to have the work done!!

I appreciated the candidness of the service rep that checked me in...He said I'd be better of with an appt. because there wold be a wait of up to two hours. That is much nicer than telling me "30 minutes" and leaving me to wait two hours! I truly appreciated the honest assessment of how my morning would go! Also, he was very kind in following up with me as my car was next in queue. As an additional unexpected bonus, my car was washed. Yay! That was a great surprise.
Had a wonderful service experience as they were very helpful. They looked for the best deal with all the coupons I brought in. I was early and they took me as soon as I arrived. And finally he told me of the useful product when I get an oil change. He even added information to the computer just in case I forget. He was a wonderful young man that helped me.
Our service was good. We had a unique weird issue that we did not know if it was serious or not and were very nervous from past experiences with other cars. It was solved well at Groove Mazda.

As usual, I had a great experience with my last maintenance visit. And very importantly, the team found an issue with how my tires are wearing so that I can address it. And they provided me with a quote for new tires and didn't put any pressure on me to get them right away. So I did some research on the various options and confirmed what the team suggested, and will be coming in to get new tires soon.

I typically don't do this, but I feel great service deserves praise. Back in January, my wife and I bought our first Mazda, and Brian was extremely helpful during the process. Since then, we took it to Mazda for scheduled maintenance which dealerships have left me wanting in the past. I asked for a oil change and tire rotation because I thought they were both needed based on on my mileage. Brian's team completed the oil change, but said based on the look of the tires, a rotation wasn't needed (instead of taking advantage, he went the extra mile and saved us some money). He has also taken responsibility for a couple very minor issues and has repaired them under warranty in a timely manner.
Coming from a former job in the service industry, I know that really taking care of the customer can go unnoticed. Brian is truly an asset to your team, and I will continue my business with Groove Mazda in the future.

Some other service problems were noticed and Spencer was great about the part that needed to be replaced and how the warranty worked. He made scheduling my next appointment simple and easy.
Car problems can be stressful (not understanding what the problem is, how long it will take to get fixed, how much it will cost, etc.) but I never have to ask questions because Spencer does an excellent job of giving me all the important details in a way I can comprehend.
Spencer takes the hassle out of the whole car servicing process. His professional and helpful attitude is the primary reason I bring my car to Groove Mazda and not anywhere else.
We are extremely pleased with the service and courtesy of the personnel at Groove Mazda. The service involved simply affixing a license plate bracket to the front of my 2005 Miata. I must admit I was doubtful that the license plate holder could be affixed without compromising the front (plastic) bumper. Even though I don't particularly like the appearance of the CO required tag on my "TOY", it was professionally installed in a timely manner. Thank you for your service and attention to this customer's needs and concerns.

The guys in the service department make it easy to get scheduled and in the door, check the general health of the vehicle, and five it back cleaner than it was coming in, all at a place comparable with doing the oil change myself. What more could I want?

I was very satisfied with my experience with Groove Mazda service department. It's not often that the service department at a dealership lives up to my expectations for service (I'm pretty hard to please when it comes to my vehicle's service) but the overall service and level of customer care given during my recent experience made me glad I bought my car there. I've been considering buying a CX-5 after it comes out (probably later this year or early next year) and wouldn't hesitate to purchase and service either Mazda there.
Great customer service! Easy to get in for a service appointment and fast service. Waiting room is comfortable and what more could you want - got the TV, reading materials, and comfortable seating.

There are two reasons I never hesitate about bringing my car into Groove for my oil changes and service.
1: Coupons, (Seriously, how can I pass up on coupons? Wouldn't dream of it.)
2: Staff & Service. I've come in for maybe 5 oil changes, and your staff is always excellent, service is always fast, efficient, and well done. I feel well-treated, I trust the staff, and they do great work.

Kenny and Spencer have always excelled and exceeded our expectations, with this visit and several others in the recent past. Sadly, this vehicle's service record has been substandard since purchasing in June 2010. For a 2077 model with 45,000 miles purchased from this dealership only 19 moths ago, it has spent an inordinate amount of time in the service department. If not for the work of Kenny and Spencer, my wife and I would not hesitate to trade our vehicle and write off Mazda vehicles in the future. They have, however, kept us onboard and we remain faithful to the brand. So, THANK YOU, to Kenny, Spencer, and everyone in the service department for your efforts. We certainly appreciate all you do... and you've been worth your weight in gold. Now, lets hope we only see you for routine oil changes in the near future!

Had a great experience with my recent service at Groove. Only frustration was the delay in receiving the part, which in no way is a reflection of the excellent team at Groove. Spencer was very accommodating, making sure that I was well taken care of and out of the shop quickly. I appreciate the hard work and outstanding service.
I came from another location and left them because of the service I received. The second reason I left was how the staff interacted with each other. The air seemed tense and unfriendly among them and the customer. Coming to Groove Mazda was a breath of fresh air. Even though I came on a Friday afternoon before close and they were booked the next day, they found a way to check out my car, change my windshield wipers, change the oil and filter and put my car back together before they closed on Saturday. On top of that, they washed my filthy car without me having to ask for it. I am very happy with the service and I like the staff. I will be back

Great experience! They gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take to get my car serviced. They also came to me when they found other issues with my vehicle that should be fixed with an estimate for those issues. I also appreciated the free bottled water and and TV while waiting.

Thank you for your email and request for feedback regarding service on my car.
I can honestly say that I had a completely different experience on Sept. 22nd. I was notified of the status of the car, what needed to be repaired, the cost and the items that were covered under warranty. I was also given the option of picking my car up at the sales office, which was a huge convenience for me, even though the service department was closed.
I appreciate the time and attention given to me and the clarity of communication. I didn't need to call a friend to decipher what needed to be done on the car. I enjoy my Mazda 3 and when it comes time to replace the car, would consider buying another Mazda.
I had a very good experience for the services done on Monday 9/19.
There was no wait and the car was ready as promised, actually a little earlier which was just fine for me.
I also notice that the leather sofa and reclining chair look new. The only thing which could use some improvement is the sugar for the coffee was almost empty and there were no sugar substitutes (I normally use Splenda or Equal). I really did have a great experience at your shop. My car is working very well, and everyone there is super nice. I had a time constraint and they got my car done in time. I really appreciate the wireless internet access too, because I was able to work while waiting.
Both Kevin and I brought our vehicles in for their first oil change/inspection, and our experience was very positive.
We have a CX-9 and a Mazda 6 that were looked at. Spencer helped with me scheduling prior to the appointment, and then helped out when we were there. He was super friendly and helpful.
