Generally good dealership. Two years since I got my car from them and my salesman Mark remembers my name and my background, he has been nothing but helpful for all this time. Service department is not always flawless, but I can definitely see them try to make things right. Sometimes it takes time, but when you realize the world doesn’t spin around you, communicate your issues calmly to them - they will take care of you. A shout-out to Ty and his team. Parts department - no opinion, called once to check price, no issues.

Our daughter totaled her car and we had 7 days to find a new one before rental car had to be returned. I had a great experience with Groove Mazda. I walked in as a first time car buyer not knowing exactly what I wanted and met Scotty who was instantly helpful in showing me everything Mazda has to offer. Scotty took the time to work with me and find the perfect car that fit my budget while having all of the features I was looking for. As soon as I decided to buy the car, Scotty got it detailed (again!), replaced the battery just in case, and drove all the way to Denver to hand off the keys. Truly could not have been an easier/more convenient experience. I would recommend Groove Mazda and Scotty to anyone!
